防风通圣散加减治疗颜面部激素耐药型过敏性皮炎的临床效果及对血清IgE水平影响

The Clinical Effect of Fangfeng Tongsheng Powder in the Treatment of Facial Hormone-resistant Allergic Dermatitis and Its Influence on Serum IgE Level

目的分析防风通圣散加减对颜面部激素耐药型过敏性皮炎的治疗效果及对血清IgE水平的影响。方法从该院2018年12月—2019年12月接诊的颜面部激素耐药型过敏性皮炎患者中简单随机选取80例作为研究对象,参考随机数表法将其平均分组,其中予以西药对症抗过敏治疗的40例患者设为对照组,在西药对症抗过敏治疗的基础上予以防风通圣散加减治疗的40例患者设为观察组,对比两组治疗总显效率、血清IgE及炎症指标水平差异。结果观察组患者治疗后的总有效率95.00%(38/40)高于对照组75.00%(30/40),组间比较差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.275,P<0.05);治疗后与对照组相比,观察组患者的血清总IgE、γ-IFN水平明显低,而血清IL-18水平则明显高,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论颜面部激素耐药型过敏性皮炎患者在接受西药对症抗过敏治疗的基础上予以防风通圣散加减治疗,不仅能够提高治疗效果,还能减轻机体血清IgE水平,效果显著,值得临床应用。

Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of Fangfeng Tongsheng Powder on facial hormone-resistant allergic dermatitis and its influence on serum IgE level.Methods From December 2018 to December 2019,80 patients with facial hormone-resistant allergic dermatitis were simple randomly selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into groups according to the random number table method.Among them,western medicine was used for symptomatic anti-allergic dermatitis.The 40 patients treated were set as the control group,and the 40 patients who were treated with Fangfeng Tongsheng powder on the basis of western medicine symptomatic and anti-allergic treatment were set as the observation group.The total effective treatment efficiency,serum IgE and inflammatory index levels were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of 95.00%(38/40)in the observation group was significantly higher 75.00%(30/40)in the control group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.275,P<0.05);after treatment,compared with the control group,the total serum IgE and-γIFN level of the observation group were significantly lower,while the serum IL-18 levels was significantly higher,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with facial hormone-resistant allergic dermatitis should be treated with Fangfeng Tongsheng powder on the basis of symptomatic anti-allergic treatment with western medicine,which could not only improve the therapeutic effect,but also reduce the body's serum IgE level.The effect was significant and it was worthy of clinical application.
