论思想政治教育共同体的组织形式和内在动力

The Organization and Motivation for the Community of Ideological and Political Education

共同体是具有价值共识、规则共识、身份共识的人群聚合体,思想政治教育共同体以对目标理论的价值认同为根本依归组成核心圈,同时,重视同盟圈和交换圈的建设,形成一个“三圈层”共同体。当前,思想政治教育共同体建设存在的主要问题是核心圈价值共识不足、同盟圈组织能力不足、交换圈交换能力不足和资源整合流于形式。要解决这些问题,必须找准思想政治教育的自身定位,强化共同体核心圈的价值共识,通过培育内生动力来吸引同盟圈和交换圈,高效整合各方资源。

A community is a group of people who reach a consensus on values,rules and identity.The community of ideological and political education forms a core circle which recognizes the value of the goal theory as the ultimate measure.At the same time,it attaches importance to the building of the circles of alliance and exchange so that a community of“three circles”is established.The main problems with the building of a community of ideological and political education include the lack of consensus on the value of the core circle,the incompetence of the circle of alliance,the inability of the circle of exchange and the formalistic integration of resources.To solve these problems,it is necessary to identify the goal of ideological and political education,arrive at a consensus on value in the core circle of the community,appeal to the circles of alliance and the exchange by adding original impetus,and integrate all resources efficiently.
