全域旅游示范区创建的经验、困境与优化路径——基于重庆市的调查研究

Establishment of a Region-wide Pilot Tourism Zone:Experience,Dilemma and Optimization--Based on Investigations and Studies of Chongqing

“国家全域旅游示范区”创建工作早在2015年就已开展,但迄今为止,对创建工作取得的经验、遇到的问题和采取的对策,缺乏深入细致的调查研究。重庆市的全域旅游示范区创建工作在产品开发、整体布局等方面取得了较好的成果,但在内涵认识、工作细化、用地规划等方面还存在不足。因此,总结重庆市全域旅游示范区创建的经验,找到现阶段存在的系列问题的解决之道和优化路径,对后续工作的开展和促进全域旅游的健康发展,都具有重要的意义。

The establishment of the“National Region-Wide Pilot Tourism Zone”began as early as 2015,but so far there has been a lack of in-depth investigations into the experience,problems and measures in this regard.Chongqing has achieved good results in product development and overall layout,but there are still deficiencies in content understanding,work refinement and land use planning.Therefore,it is of great significance for the follow-up work and for promoting the healthy development of region-wide tourism to summarize Chongqing’s experience in establishing region-wide pilot tourism zones and find the solutions and ways of optimization for problems occurring at this stage.
