作为世界文化与自然遗产峨眉山——乐山大佛所在地,乐山市拥有优势突出的饮食文化资源,政府重视旅游美食产品的打造,乐山美食对游客的吸引力不断提升。分析乐山美食旅游发展面临的困境与互联网时代的美食旅游特征可以看出:乐山美食旅游优化发展需要IP引领,需要采取在建立完善乐山美食旅游特色数据库基础上的优化发展举措。已有研究认为:以实现传统饮食文化多元价值创造性转化与商业价值变现为目标的美食旅游优化发展已成为世界文化与自然遗产旅游地建设的新探索,美食旅游IP构建与综合运营是旅游地可持续发展的必由之路。

As the location of Mount Emei and Leshan Giant Buddha,two world cultural and natural heritage sites,Leshan boasts superior cuisine culture resources,and the government is keen to build cuisine brands.This makes Leshan cuisine appealing to tourists.A study of the plight facing cuisine tourism in Leshan and the characteristics of cuisine tourism in the Internet age shows that the optimal development of cuisine tourism in Leshan requires IP guidance,and that it is necessary to take measures for optimal development based on a complete database of the characteristics of cuisine tourism in Leshan.Studies have shown that the optimal development of cuisine tourism aimed at the creative transformation of the multiple values of traditional cuisine culture and the realization of commercial value has become the new goal for tourism destinations at world cultural and natural heritage sites.The formulation of cuisine tourism IP and integrated operation are the inevitable approach for the sustainable development of tourism destinations.
