进“城”入“圈”打造成渝“后花园”——乐山融入成渝地区双城经济圈旅游一体化的思考

Leshan:the“Rear Garden”of Chengdu and Chongqing--On Leshan Tourism’s Integration into the Chengdu-Chongqing Twin-City Economic Circle

“双城经济圈”概念的提出,使得成渝城市群成为继京津冀、长三角和港珠澳大湾区后,中国第四个国家级城市群。中央提出成渝地区双城经济圈规划,对两地经济发展无疑起着加速推进的作用。从乐山融入成渝地区双城经济圈旅游一体化建设出发,通过客观分析其旅游业的资源优势,提出乐山旅游业融入成渝地区双城经济圈的实践路径:规划引领,突出特色;全域旅游,突出规模;文旅融合,突出差异;联盟运作,突出品质,为乐山唱好“双城记”,融入双城“经济圈”,打造成渝“后花园”,建设巴蜀文化旅游走廊世界重要旅游目的地提供有益参考。

The concept of“Chengdu-Chongqing Twin-City Economic Circle”makes the Chengdu-Chongqing Urban Agglomeration the fourth state-level urban agglomeration in China after the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Area,the Yangtze River Delta and the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Greater Bay Area.The Central Government’s plan to build the Chengdu-Chongqing Twin-City Economic Circle will undoubtedly accelerate the economic development of the two regions.This paper centers on the integration of Leshan’tourism into the Chengdu-Chongqing Twin-City Economic Circle,and after a factual and impartial analysis of Leshan’s superiority in tourism resources,it provides a direction for Leshan’s tourism to integrate into the Chengdu-Chongqing Twin-City Economic Circle:plan-driven development with characteristics;region-wide tourism on a scale;differentiated culture-tourism integration;quality-oriented cooperation.This provides a useful framework of reference for Leshan to integrate into the development of the Chengdu-Chongqing Twin-City Economic Circle,to develop into the“Rear Gavden”of Chengdu and Chongqing,and to build the Bashu Cultural Tourism Corridor and to develop into an important tourist destination in the world.
