摘要
以转PtWOX11/12a基因河北杨为材料,野生型河北杨为对照,通过测定不同干旱条件下转PtWOX11/12a基因河北杨生理指标,研究干旱胁迫下转PtWOX11/12a基因河北杨生长及生理特性。结果表明:随着干旱程度的加深,转基因植株株高生长量、地径生长量、叶绿素a含量、叶绿素b含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、过氧化物酶(POD)活性均高于野生型,丙二醛(MDA)含量低于野生型,说明转PtWOX11/12a基因河北杨能够适应干旱环境,并表现出良好的抗旱性,同时为今后转基因杨树抗旱育种提供参考。
Taking PtWOX11/12a-transgenic Populus hopeiensis as material and wild-type Populus hopeiensis as the control,the physiological characteristics of PtWOX11/12a-transgenic Populus hopeiensis with different drought conditions were measured to study the growth and physiological characteristics under drought stress.The results showed that,as the degree of drought deepened,the transgenic plants had higher plant height growth,ground diameter growth,chlorophyll a content,chlorophyll b content,SOD activity and POD activity were higher than those of the wild-type,the content of MDA was lower than that of the wild-type,which indicated that PtWOX11/12a-transgenic Populus hopeiensis could adapt to the arid environment and show good drought resistance,and at the same time provide references for the breeding of transgenic poplars with drought resistance in future.
