温度对圆柏和侧柏种子萌发的影响

摘要 为提高飞播造林的出苗率,以圆柏和侧柏种子为研究对象,进行了温度(10℃、15℃、20℃、25℃、30℃、35℃)梯度实验,测定其在不同温度处理时种子的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数和平均发芽速率,找到最适宜圆柏和侧柏种子萌发的温度以及最接近该温度的月份。研究结果表明:圆柏和侧柏种子均在第3天开始萌发,第15天、第17天萌发结束。在10~35℃条件下,圆柏和侧柏种子均可萌发,最适宜的种子萌发温度为25℃,圆柏和侧柏种子的发芽率可达74.00%、73.33%,发芽势可达52.00%、52.67%,发芽指数可达5.80、4.98,平均发芽速率可达2.01 d、2.29 d,温度太高或太低均会降低种子的萌发指数。 Taking the seeds of Juniperus chinensis and Platycladus orientalis as research object,temperature gradient experiment(10℃,15℃,20℃,25℃,30℃,35℃)was carried out in order to improve the germination rate of aerial seeding.Through determining the seed germination rate,germination potential,germination index and average germination speed with different temperature treatment,the optimum temperature for seed germination of Juniperus chinensis and Platycladus orientalis and the months very near to this temperature were found.The results showed that the seeds of Juniperus chinensis and Platycladus orientalis started germination on the third day,and ended on the fifteenth day and the seventeenth day.Under the condition of 10-35℃,the seeds of Juniperus chinensis and Platycladus orientalis could germinate,with the optimum temperature for germination at 25℃.The seed germination rate of Juniperus chinensis and Platycladus orientalis was 74.00%and 73.33%,the seed germination potential of them was 52.00%and 52.67%,the seed germination index of them was 5.80 and 4.98,and the average germination speed of them was 2.01 days and 2.29 days.Too high or too low temperature can reduce the seed germination index.
