两种路面修补用环氧树脂类混合料性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 为了提高沥青路面快速修补材料性能,文中研究了两种以环氧树脂为主要结合料的路面快速修补用混合料的力学性能、体积参数和高低温性能;通过选择环氧树脂、固化剂、增柔剂和乳化沥青四种材料的比例来配制结合料,得到环氧乳化沥青混合料(Ⅰ料)和改性环氧树脂混合料(Ⅱ料)两种用于沥青路面快速修补混合料;根据马歇尔击实成型方法成型混合料试件,确定了两种混合料的最佳结合料用量;通过高温车辙实验,研究了两种混合料的高温抗变形性能;通过低温小梁弯曲实验,研究了两种混合料的低温抗裂性。结果表明:改性环氧树脂混合料和环氧乳化沥青混合料能快速高效的修补坑槽,且具有良好路用性能。 In order to improve the performance of asphalt pavement rapid repair materials,the paper studies the mechanical properties,volume parameters and high-and-low temperature performance of two kinds of mixtures for rapid repairing with epoxy resin as main binder.Different proportions of epoxy,curing agent,softening agent and emulsified asphalt were selected to prepare the binder,with two mixtures for rapid repairing obtained:epoxy emulsified asphalt(I)and modified epoxy(Ⅱ).The mixture samples were formed by the marshall compacting molding method,determining the best dosage for two kinds of mixture.The high temperature anti-deformation of the two mixtures was studied by rutting test.And the low temperature crack resistance was studied by beam bending test.The results show that the modified epoxy resin mixture and epoxy emulsified asphalt mixture can repair pits quickly and efficiently,having good road performance.
