中药民族药科研院所科技成果转化存在问题及对策探讨

特色中药民族药制剂在抗击新型冠状病毒肺炎(Coronavirus Disease 2019,COVID-2019)药物治疗中起着举足轻重的作用。贵州省中国科学院天然产物化学重点实验室立足西南地区丰富的喀斯特特色中药民族药资源开展应用基础研究。然而,基础研究成果只有转化为生产力才能体现出价值。文章针对中药民族药科研院所科技成果转化中存在的机制体制不健全、开展研究与市场需求相对脱节、专业技术转移转化人才及中介平台不完善等问题进行了分析。探讨提出建立健全科技成果转移转化机制,提升科研人员积极性;发挥地方资源优势,打造特色中药民族药品牌;架好中介机构桥梁,促进三方有效融合和多方位拓宽院企合作转化渠道,打通最后一公里等对策,以期提高中药民族药科研机构技术成果转移转化率。

The special traditional Chinese medicine and ethnodrugs exerted an enormous function in the drug therapy of fight against Coronavirus Disease 2019(COVID-2019).The key laboratory of natural products chemistry of Guizhou Academy of Sciences,based on the abundant traditional Chinese medicine and ethnodrug resources with karst in southwest China,carries out basic and applied basic research.Nevertheless,the value of basic achievements can only be reflected by transforming them into productive forces.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the transformation of scientific and technological achievements of traditional Chinese medicine and ethnodrugs,such as the imperfect mechanism and system,the irrelevance of research with market demand,the imperfection of professional and technological transference and transformation talents and intermediary platform.In order to improve the transference and transformation rate of achievements of traditional Chinese medicine and ethnodrug research institutions,it is proposed to establish and improve the transfer and transformation mechanism of scientific and technological achievements,enhance the enthusiasm of scientific research personnel,give full play to local resources,create a brand of traditional Chinese medicine and ethnic medicine,build a good bridge of intermediary institutions,promote the effective integration of the three parties,and broaden the channels of cooperation and transformation between colleges with enterprises.
