摘要
随着生产技术的不断发展以及革新,人们发现了镍钴铝酸锂电池在使用过程中的一些问题。比如在电池放电过程中会存在阳离子混排的现象,导致带电电荷的流失,最终引起循环性能不好,倍率性能低下等情况。下面作者将通过对材料改进的方法进行分析介绍,主要是掺杂其他材料改善电池正极材料各种不足以及通过在电池正极材料表面包裹覆盖其他正极材料来改变电池的化学性质,通过分析在这些方面的技术研究进展,指出其中的不足,并且进行分析然后提出一些建议,以期望能够对未来的锂离子技术不断改进,在各行业领域的应用更加成熟,做出自己的贡献。
With the continuous development and innovation of production technology,some problems in the use of nickel-cobalt lithium aluminate battery have been found.For example,in the process of battery discharge,there will be the phenomenon of mixed discharge of cations,resulting in the loss of charged charge,resulting in poor cycle performance,low rate performance and so on.The following author will analyze and introduce the methods of material improvement,mainly adding other materials to improve the shortcomings of battery cathode materials and changing the chemical properties of batteries by covering the surface of battery cathode materials with other cathode materials.Through the analysis of the technical research progress in these aspects,the shortcomings are pointed out,and then some suggestions are put forward,in order to look forward to the continuous improvement of lithium ion technology in the future,so that the application in various industries is more mature to make its own contribution.
