OBE理念视角下新文科创新创业人才培养模式探索与实践

Exploration and Practice on the Training Mode of Innova⁃tion and Entrepreneurship Talents in New Liberal Arts from the Perspective of OBE Concept

"大众创业、万众创新"已成为新时代潮流,创新创业教育逐步成为各国高等教育的重要课题和普遍共识;同时,随着国家对新文科建设的不断重视,高等教育创新发展势在必行。因此,文章结合OBE教育理念,在总结创新创业人才培养问题的基础上提出"一个理念、两个转变、三个阶段、四大体系、五种能力"的"五创"人才培养路径,使得人才培养逐渐与社会需要相适应,旨在培养复合型、应用型、创新型人才,构建新文科创新创业人才培养模式。

In the new era,“mass entrepreneurship and innovation”has become the trend of the times,and innovation and entrepreneurship education has gradually become an important topic and general consensus in higher education in major countries;at the same time,as the country continues to attach importance to the construction of new liberal arts,the innovation and development of higher education is imperative.Therefore,combining the OBE concept,and on the basis of summarizing the cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurship talents,this paper proposes a five-aspect talent training path of“one idea,two transformations,three stages,four systems,and five abilities”;it gradually meets the needs of the society,and constructs an innovation and entrepreneurship talent training mode in new liberal arts with the goal of cultivating compound,applied,and innovative talents.
