应用技术型本科课程思政有效融入物流管理专业课程的研究——以配送中心规划与管理课程为例

Research on Effective Integration of Ideological and Political Education into the Curriculum of Logistics Management:Exampled by Distribution Center Planning and Management Course

课程思政在高校教育中的地位越来越重要,这是新时代中国青年成为德智体美劳全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人的要求,专任教师肩负着培养青年人成人成才的重要使命,在教育过程中,教师如果只是简单地灌输生硬的思政内容,学生的接受度不高,就无法实现所期望的人才培养目标。该文首先探讨了思政元素融入专业课程的思路,即首先确定思政教学目标、与OBE教学大纲保持一致、确定思政元素来源;其次是对课程思政教学体系进行科学的构建,主要围绕OBE教学大纲中的课程学习成果确定思政目标、思政元素和教学方式;最后提出把握好课程思政的动态性,及时修订教案。作者期待通过此研究达到将课程思政较好地融入物流管理专业课程的目的,使学生受到潜移默化的影响,让新时代中国特色社会主义思想如血液般流淌在学生的身体里,激励学生为祖国和人民做贡献。

Curriculum-based ideological and political education plays an increasingly important role in college education,which is the requirement for Chinese youth to become socialist builders and successors with all-round development of morality,intelligence,physique,aesthetics and labor in the new era.Professional teachers shoulder the important mission of cultivating young people into adults.In the progress of education,if they just mechanically copy the ideological and political content and simply adopt the method of indoctrination,the acceptance of students is not high,and the desired talent training objectives can not be achieved.This paper firstly discusses the idea of integrating ideological and political elements into professional courses,that is,determining the ideological and political teaching objectives,keeping consistent with OBE syllabus,and determining the source of ideological and political elements;secondly,it scientifically constructs the curriculum-based ideological and political teaching system,mainly focusing on the curriculum learning results in the OBE syllabus to determine the ideological and political objectives,ideological and political elements and teaching methods;finally,it is proposed to grasp the dynamics of curriculum-based ideological and political and revise the teaching plan in time.Through this research,we can better integrate ideological and political education into the curriculum of logistics management,make the students imperceptibly influenced,flow the thought of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era like blood,and make contributions to the motherland and the people.
