提升高校一站式服务平台体验的思考

摘要 近些年来很多高校开展了一站式服务平台的建设,为师生提供集中高效的办事服务,助力打造智慧校园。但因为前期建设经验不足,没有标准样例可参考,虽然平台聚集了大量信息和服务,但存在用户学习成本高、使用负担重等问题。文章从提升服务体验的角度出发,提出了构建服务标准、规范应用标准、设计界面标准及完善交互方式等方法,从而建立精准服务、高效协同的智慧校园服务平台。 In recent years,many colleges and universities have carried out the construction of one-stop service platform,which provides centralized and effi cient service for teachers and students,and helps to build smart campus.However,because of the lack of experience in the early stage construction,there is no standard sample to refer to.Although the platform gathers a lot of information and services,there are many problems such as high learning cost and heavy use burden.This paper proposes the methods of building service standards,standardizing application standards,designing interface standards and improving interaction methods from the perspective of improving service experience,so as to establish a smart campus service platform with precise service and effi cient coordination.
