摘要
通过对比高、低温甲烷化催化剂的运行状态,两者均可保证甲烷化氢气产品的合格率为100%,但使用低温甲烷化催化剂全年可节约超高压蒸汽3392 t,更低的蒸汽温度、压力、反应温度使得装置运行更加稳定安全,低温甲烷化催化剂2000~8000 h-1的空速范围和耐高温性质使其有更大的操作弹性。
The operation status of high temperature methanation catalyst and low temperature methanation catalyst are compared.Both of them can ensure a 100%qualification rate of methanated hydrogen product,but low temperature methanation catalyst can save 3392 tons of super high pressure steam each year.Lower steam temperature,pressure and reaction temperature are favorable for the stable and safe operation of ethylene plant,and the 2000~8000 h-1 space velocity and high temperature resistant properties of low temperature methanation catalyst contribute to greater operational flexibility.
