摘要
“十四五”时期,黄河流域甘肃段如何实现绿色发展,重新焕发光彩与活力,是甘肃省目前亟待解决的问题。通过探讨绿色发展理念的历史沿革,以调查数据为依托,具体分析了黄河流域甘肃段绿色发展存在的生态薄弱和政策不完善等问题,并以此为导向,有针对性地从污染防治、产业转型和政策支撑等方面探寻了相关对策和发展路径。
During the 14th Five-Year Plan period,how to achieve green development in Gansu section of the Yellow River Basin and regain its brilliance and vitality is an urgent problem in Gansu Province.This paper discussed the historical evolution of the concept of green development,based on survey data,and specifically analyzed the ecological weakness and imperfect policies in the green development of Gansu section of the Yellow River Basin.Relevant countermeasures and development paths have been explored in the aspects of transformation and policy support.
