国际理解教育和人类命运共同体观下的大学外语教育

新冠肺炎疫情爆发以后,世界格局面临重建,构建人类命运共同体是全人类面临的共同课题。国际理解教育是建立人类命运共同体的根本指导方针之一。我国大学外语教育与国际理解教育在目的、内容和要求三方面一脉相承,这表现在我国大学外语教育集工具性和人文性于一体,通过外语教育,旨在让学生更好地理解本民族文化,在加强本民族文化认同的基础上,更深入地了解其他文化,了解文化差异,尊重、珍惜不同文化,加深对“文化多样性”维度的认知。在全球化语境下,我国大学外语教育和国际理解教育在全世界范围内实质性地落地和实施面临着挑战和机遇。世界各国从政府到教育实施个体均应以国际理解教育为指导思想,积极促成人类命运共同体的构建。

As one of the guidelines of constructing a community of shared future for humankind,international understanding education also shares the same goal,content and requirement of foreign language education in China.Foreign language education in China is regarded as a combination of instrument and humanity,aiming to make students learn more about their native culture,strengthen the recognition of native culture and,then know much better toward cultural difference and respect cultural difference.In addition,in the context of globalization both foreign language education in China and international understanding education have faced the common challenge and opportunities.The author claims that all of education organizations,ranging from governments to individual persons,should base on international understanding education,speeding up the construction of community of shared future for humankind.
