提升基本能力对改善研究生生源质量的必要性 被引量:2

摘要 提高研究生培养质量是国内研究生教育面临的严峻挑战。致力于研究生生源(本/专科生)及在读研究生的记忆与理解、观察与发现、思考与分析、综合与应用等基本能力的提高与强化,是应对硕士研究生招生规模持续增长、硕士研究生生源式微对培养质量的负面影响、地方高校竞相招募而优质生源有限、研究生整体培养质量有待提高等问题的必要途径。 How to improve the educational quality of graduated students'cultivation is one serious challenge faced by the higher education in China.The necessary pathway for this problem is committed to developing and intensifying essential abilities including retentive memory and understanding,observation and discovery,thinking and analysis,as well as comprehensive application of the graduated students.Only by doing so,the negative effect on cultivation quality can be minimized under the enrolment expansion policy and the limited number of high-quality students which are competitively recruited by excellent university.
