摘要
通过反思以教为中心的课堂教学模式以及以学生为中心的课堂教学模式的弊端,提出以学习为中心的课堂教学模式,并以此为指导,对大学生心理健康教育课程进行了教学改革实践。通过实践证明,以学习为中心的课堂教学模式有助于拓宽学生获取知识的途径、培养其主动学习的能力,提高实践能力,进而促进学生心理健康整体水平的提高。
Based on the reflection on the disadvantages of the teaching-centered teaching mode and the student-centered teaching mode,the learning-centered teaching mode is proposed and used to guide the teaching reform and practice of curriculum of psychological health education for college students.It is proved in practice that such learning mode can help to broaden students'access to knowledge,cultivate their active learning ability,enhance their practical ability,and improve their mental health as a whole.
