目的:归纳总结当下暴露的公共事业管理专业(卫生事业管理方向)人才培养建设的问题,为该专业后续发展提出切实可行的参考建议。方法:通过文献研究,分析与公共事业管理专业(卫生事业管理方向)相关文献,总结存在的卫生事业人才培养问题。结果:公共事业管理专业(卫生事业管理方向)人才培养方面还存在培养目标、课程设置、实践环节、师资力量等方面的问题。结论:公共事业管理专业的发展是一个需要长期进行的过程,其建设必须结合社会实际需要、把握专业优势、突出专业特色,一步步为社会发展建设培养更多更优秀的人才。

Objective:Summarize the problems of talent training and construction of the public utility management major(health management direction)currently exposed,and provide practical reference suggestions for the subsequent development of this major.Methods:Through literature research,analyze the literature related to the public utility management(health management direction),and summarize the existing health personnel training problems.Results:There are still problems in the training objectives,curriculum,practice links,and faculty of personnel training in the public service management(health management direction).Conclusion:The development of the public service management profession is a long-term process.Its construction must be combined with the actual needs of the society,grasp professional advantages,highlight professional characteristics,and cultivate more and better talents for social development.
