冬凌草叶提取物对不同菌种生长抑制作用研究 被引量:3

摘要 为研究冬凌草叶提取物对不同菌种生长的抑制作用,采用乙醇回流法提取冬凌草叶抗菌活性物质,研究其对不同菌种生长的抑制作用。将空白药敏片放置于质量浓度为0.161 g/mL的冬凌草叶提取物溶液中24 h,以大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、绿脓杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、沙门氏菌、地衣芽孢杆菌、葵肠杆菌为研究对象,用冬凌草叶提取物处理含菌平板,通过平板培养观察其抑菌圈大小,分析冬凌草叶提取物的抑菌活性。结果表明,冬凌草叶提取物对葵肠杆菌和地衣芽孢杆菌没有明显的抑菌效果,对沙门氏菌、枯草芽孢杆菌和绿脓杆菌的生长抑制作用较为明显,对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的生长抑制作用极为明显。冬凌草叶提取物具有广谱的抑菌活性,对革兰氏阳性和革兰氏阴性菌均有生长抑制作用,且整体上对革兰氏阳性菌的生长抑制效果比革兰氏阴性菌好。上述结果可为冬凌草叶的进一步深入研究和综合开发利用提供参考。 In order to study the inhibitory effect of Rabdosia rubescens leaves extracts on the growth of different strains,the ethanol reflux method was used to extract the antibacterial active substances from Rabdosia rubescens leaves to study its inhibitory effect on the growth of different strains.We placed the blank drug sensitive tablets in a concentration of 0.161 g/mL Rabdosia rubescens leaves extracts solution for 24 hours,with Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus,Pseudomonas aeruginosa,Bacillus subtilis,Salmonella,Bacillus licheniformis,and Enterobacter cepacius as the research objects,treated the bacterium-containing plate with the Rabdosia rubescens leaves extracts,observed the size of its inhibition zone through plate culture,and analyzed the antibacterial activity of the Rabdosia rubescens leaves extracts.The results showed that the extracts of Rabdosia rubescens leaves had no obvious antibacterial effect on Enterobacter cepacius and Bacillus licheniformis,but it inhibited the growth of Salmonella,Bacillus subtilis and Pseudomonas aeruginosa more obviously,and had a significant effect on the growth of E.coli and Staphylococcus aureus.The inhibitory effect was extremely obvious.Studies showed that Rabdosia rubescens leaves extracts has broad-spectrum antibacterial activity,had growth inhibitory effects on both gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria,and had a stronger growth inhibitory effect on gram-positive bacteria than gram-negative bacteria.The above results can provide references for further in-depth research and comprehensive development and utilization of Rabdosia rubescens leaves.
