摘要
文秋芳教授经过十余年的研究提出了POA理论,该理论旨在改变传统的大学英语费时低效的课堂,倡导发挥学生的潜能,培养学生的语言综合应用能力并鼓励教师为学生的语言产出起支架作用。在该理论的指导下大学英语教师的生态位也发生了扩充,针对这些变化提出应对的优化策略能够提升教师教学能力并发挥积极的作用。
Professor Wen Qiufang put forward POA theory after more than ten years of research,the purpose of this theory is to change low efficiency situation of the traditional College English class,advocate to develop students'potential,cultivate students'comprehensive language application ability and encourage teachers to support students'language output.Under the guidance of this theory,the niche of College English teachers has also expanded.The optimization strategies to deal with these changes play a positive role in improving teachers'teaching ability.
