论师范生《教育研究方法基础》教学改革

摘要 《教育研究方法基础》作为一门课程,其目的主要是为了培养师范生的反省思维能力。除此之外,还能培养师范生探索精神、实践精神以及表达能力。但是由于对课程定位不清,导致教学以教材内容为主,教学方法以讲授为主。师范生缺少实际的研究训练,从而引发了不良后果:思维散乱,缺少研究中心;盲从权威,丧失批判精神;纸上谈兵,欠缺实践精神;浅尝辄止,缺乏探究精神。因此,课程应该以问题研究为中心,在教师的带领下,师范生完成教育问题研究的整个过程,这样才能培养师范生的反省思维、增强实践精神、养成探究精神,与此同时也培养了师范生的阅读与表达能力。 Through the study of the fundamental methods and principles of educational research, the normal student can acknowledge the process and methods of the educational research. At the same time, the normal student can acquire the ability of reflective thinking. But, under the present condition, the teaching and studying of the curriculum center on the text book. So the result is harmful to the teacher and the normal student. In order to change this condition, the teacher must combine the curriculum with his research, the student must study the content of the curriculum, not just memory them. Just in doing so, the normal students can develop the ability of research. At the same time, the normal students can form the reflective thinking.
