The development of education for the elderly is not only an important content of the implementation of the national law on the protection of rights and interests of the elderly,but also an inherent requirement for the establishment of a lifelong education system and the construction of a learning society.Starting from the bottleneck faced in the development of senior education,this article discusses how to use big data technology to promote the improvement of senior education service capabilities.With the help of big data technology,we will promote the transformation of the management system of senior education,build a resource sharing platform,change the teaching model,and at the same time standardize the top-level design of senior education,improve the resource guarantee mechanism,and ensure the sustainable supply of resources,effectively solve the problems in the education and teaching management of the elderly,and further promote the standardization,modernization and rationalization of the education services for the elderly.
