职业教育经济决定论的审视与反思

职业教育经济决定论作为一种教育理念,有其自身的生成环境,在学术界和实务界有较大的争议。我国职业教育经济决定论的误区是蕴含在其合理的主张之中,将就业导向作为职业教育单一办学理念,将职业作为职业院校课程开发的唯一依据。职业教育尽管具有跨界属性,与经济的关系极为密切,但其毕竟是教育的下位概念,教育的价值和理念是职业教育应该遵循的。职业教育经济决定论的弊端和局限性是明显的,将职业教育的育人价值完全归结为企业和职业服务,导致了职业教育多重价值的流失。克服和纠正职业教育经济决定论,既需要把握职业教育的规范性特征,注重确定性和变化性的职业能力培养并重,也需要把握职业教育的目的性特征,职业人培养和一般人教育并重,还需要把握职业教育的环境性特征,地位价值和高位价值发展并重。
