摘要 目的:探讨地佐辛致不良反应(ADR)发生的特点,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:采用回顾性研究的方法,检索中国知网、万方、维普、CBM、PubMed、Embase、Web of Science数据库,检索时间区间为各数据库自建库至2021年4月30日,收集关于地佐辛致ADR的文献报道,按照患者一般情况、用药情况、ADR发生及转归等进行统计。结果:共收集26篇文献,包含29例地佐辛所致ADR,女性多于男性,青壮年发生率最高,发生时间在24 h内占65.52%(19/29),肌肉注射给药占44.83%(13/29),共累及9个系统/器官,以神经系统损害(35.37%)为主。结论:地佐辛不良反应表现多样,临床应严格遵循适应证,警惕地佐辛药物依赖的发生,确保患者用药安全。 Objective:To explore the characteristics of adverse drug reactions(ADRs)caused by dezocine in order to provide references for rational drug use.Methods:Reports of ADR induced by dezocine were retrospectively searched in database including CNKI,Wanfang,VIP,CBM,PubMed,Embase and Web of Science from the construction of the database to April 30th 2021 and analyzed in terms of general conditions,medications,occurrence and outcome of ADR of patients.Results:A total of 26 articles,29 cases were enrolled in this study.There were more females than males.The incidence of young adults was the highest.The proportion of patients with occurrence time within 24 hours was 65.52%(19/29),and the proportion of intramuscular injection was accounted for 44.83%(13/29).A total of 9 systems/organs were involved in ADRs caused by dezocine,among which the main lesion was neurological damage(35.37%).Conclusion:ADRs induced by dezocine were various,which indicated that dezocine should be used strictly following the indication in order to avoid the occurrence of dependence and ensure the medication safety of patients.
