摘要
轴向涡流分离器采用电机驱动离心强调可根据物性参数进行调整,具有体积小、适用性强的特性,因此基于轴向涡流分离器设计的潜式浮油回收装置不仅以避开船舶外排水含油量的要求,更能适用物性参数不确定的撇出物油水分离工艺。针对回收的浮油物性参数无法确定的问题,研究了轴向涡流分离器处理含有不同分散油相污水时的分离性能,指出了关键部件的设计准则,给出了轴向涡流分离器处理不同物性参数的含油污水时操作工艺参数的调整方法。
The centrifugal force of Voraxial Separator(VAS)which driven by motor can be adjusted according to physical properties of skimmed oily water,and VAS is a compact tubular device.Therefor the submersible oil spill recovery appliance design-based VAS not only could avoid the oil content requirements of vessel displacement,but also would be suitable for the skimmed oily water separation technique which physical properties is uncertain.However,to date,there is no systematic research regarding the applicability and adjustment procedures for VAS operating parameters when separating oily water that has varying physical properties.Separating performance of VAS while treat sewage with differing dispersion oil phase was studied.The results showed that the properties of oily water significantly impacted VAS performance and the operating parameters at peak separation efficiency were quite distinct.And the design criterion of VAS was proposed,the regulated method of operating parameters for different physical properties oily water was given.
