改性微米级磁性颗粒处理含油污水性能研究

摘要 随我国主力油田开发进入中后期,大量化学药剂被用来提高采收率,产生了大量稳定性很强的含油污水,传统方法处理该类含油污水时效果较差,使用磁性纳米材料处理含油污水的方法被提出来,但其存在成本过高的问题。针对该问题,本文提出使用成本较低的改性微米级磁性颗粒处理含油污水,结果表明,使用改性微米级磁性颗粒处理含油污水可行,并明确了微米级Fe_(3)O_(4)@SiO_(2)磁性颗粒/十二胺加入质量比为0.5时所得颗粒处理含油污水效果良好。 The development of main oilfields has entered the middle and late stages,accompanied by the use of a large number of chemicals to improve oil recovery,resulting in a large number of oil droplets stabilizing very strong oily sewage.Traditional sewage treatment methods are less effective in treating this type of oily sewage,in recent years,the use of magnetic nanomaterials to treat oily sewage has been proposed.However,the current use of magnetic nanomaterials leads to high sewage treatment costs.In response to this problem,how to use low-cost modified micron-sized magnetic particles to treat oily wastewaterwas proposed.The experimental results showed that it was feasible to use modified micron-sized magnetic particles to treat oily wastewater,and it was clear that the particles obtained when the micron Fe(3)O_(4)@SiO_(2)magnetic particles/laurylamine added mass ratio was 0.5 performance well in the aspect of oily sewage treatment.
