摘要
挥发性是空调翅片挥发性润滑油的重要性能指标之一。文章通过单因素实验与正交实验探究挥发性测试中烘箱温度、挥发时间以及试样的加入量对挥发性实验的影响情况,这三个因素中挥发时间对实验结果的影响最大,挥发率随挥发时间增长而提高;其次是烘箱温度,挥发率随烘箱温度升高而增大;试样加入量对挥发率测试影响较小。实验所用到的烘箱,秒表与天平需定期校准,以降低实验误差。
Volatility is one of the important energy indicators of air conditioning fin volatile lubricants.Through single-factor experiment and orthogonaldesignexperiment,the effect of oven temperature,wave time and sample addition on volatile experiment in volatile testwas explored,and the volatile time had the greatest influence on the experimental results,the volatilization rate increased with the increase of volatilization time,followed by oven temperature,volatilization rate increased with oven temperature increasing,and the amount of sample addition had less effect on volatile rate test.Stopwatch and balance used in the experiment should be calibrated regularly to reduce experimental errors.
