摘要
采用顶空气相色谱法测定固体废物中的苯系物,对测定过程中可能引入的不确定度进行了分析和评定。建立了不确定度评定的数学模型,分析了测定过程中引入的不确定度来源,主要影响因素包括样品测量重复性、标准溶液的配置、标准曲线拟合及取样过程。根据不确定评定的结果,从实验操作的角度,提出降低不确定度的方法和建议。
The uncertainty in the determination of BTEXs in solid waste by headspace gas chromatography were analyzed and evaluated.The mathematical model of uncertainty evaluation was established,and the sources of uncertainty in the measurement process wereanalyzed.The main influential factors of uncertainty came from samples measurement repeatability,standard solutions preparations,standard curve fitting and sampling procedure.According to the results of uncertainty evaluation,the methods and suggestions for reducing uncertainty were put forward from the point of view of experimental operation.
