摘要
阴离子交换器是大型电厂一级除盐系统中不可缺少的设备,其再生的质量很大程度上影响设备再生次数和制取合格除盐水的运行周期。为了积极践行“节水优先,空间均衡,系统治理,两手发力”的新时期治水思路,针对目前阴离子交换器的再生方法所出现的再生时间长、运行周期短、耗水量大等问题,通过分析论证,提出了提高阴离子交换器再生效果的质量控制措施,并对再生方法的实施和创新给出了建议。
Anion exchanger is an indispensable equipment in the primary desalting system of large-scale power plants,and its regeneration quality greatly affects the regeneration times of equipment and the operation cycle of preparing qualified desalted water.In order to actively practice the idea of water control in the new period of“Giving priority to water saving,balancing space,systematic governance and exerting strength with both hands”.In view of the problems of long regeneration time,short operation period and large water consumption in the regeneration method of anion exchanger at present,the quality control measures to improve the regeneration effect of anion exchanger were put forward through analysis and demonstration,and suggestions were given for the implementation and innovation of the regeneration method.
