地方高校新工科化工人才培养模式及实践探索

Exploration on Practice Teaching in Local Colleges Based on Cultivation of Chemical Engineering Talents

摘要 新工科建设是我国高等教育主动应对新一轮产业革命与国际政治经济形势的战略性行动。这不仅仅是综合性及行业特色性院校的主战场,也是地方院校突出特色优势,服务区域经济,推动新工科全方位建设的必然要求。以渭南师范学院能源化学工程专业为例,分析地方院校能源化工人才培养面临的问题,从课程体系建设、双师型师资队伍建设、平台建设以及学科竞赛角度探索工程人才的培养,总结了人才培养实践过程中取得的经验和不足。 The construction of new engineering course is a strategic action for Chinese higher education to actively respond to the new round of industrial revolution and international political and economic situation.The construction of emerging engineering is not only the main battlefield for comprehensive and industry-specific universities,but also for local colleges to highlight their distinctive advantages and to serve regional economic services,give full play to their advantages,and jointly promote the construction of new engineering to play its due role in various industries.By analyzing the problems in the cultivation of engineering talents,the mechanism of talent cultivation in local universitieswas explored from the perspectives of curriculum system construction,double-qualified teachers team construction,platform construction and discipline competition.The experience and shortcomings of energy chemical engineering in the talent training practicewere summarized.
