有机硅复合肥促土壤颗粒团粒化行为分析 被引量:6

摘要 本文通过对聚甲基硅氧烷改性得到了低分子量聚甲基硅氧烷,采用红外、核磁及热重表征,结果表明有机硅具有聚硅氧烷结构及较好的稳定性,主链由Si-O-Si键构成,富含丰富疏水性的-CH3和亲水性的-OH基团,具备了吸水保水、离子络合等功能。将有机硅与氮、磷、钾、黄腐酸和有机质以一定配比复合制得有机硅复合肥;采用徕卡显微镜研究了有机硅复合肥对不同土壤颗粒团粒化的行为,并与聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)进行了对比。结果显示:合成的聚甲基硅氧烷在水溶液中复配制得的有机硅复合肥对土壤颗粒有较好的吸附作用,可将其“粘聚”团粒化。通过电导率测定证明,有机硅复合肥可有效地降低粘土和盐碱土的溶液电导率值,表明该聚甲基硅氧烷中的多个硅羟基和硅氧硅键对土壤颗粒具有较强的作用力。 Low molecular weight polymethylsiloxane was obtained by modifying polymethylsiloxane.The results of IR,NMR and TGA showed that the silicone had polysiloxane structure and good stability.The main chain was composed of Si-O-Si bond,rich in hydrophobic-CH3 and hydrophilic-OH groups,and had the functions of water absorption,water retention and ion complexation.Leica microscope was used to study the effect of organic silicon compound fertilizer on the aggregation of different soil particles,and compared with PAM.The results showed that the organosilicon compound fertilizer prepared by polymethylsiloxane in aqueous solution had a good adsorption effect on soil particles and could agglomerate them.The conductivity and pH measurement showed that the organic silicon compound fertilizer could effectively reduce the conductivity and pH of clay and saline alkali soil solution,indicating that the multiple silicon hydroxyl groups and silicon oxygen silicon bonds in the polymethylsiloxane had a strong force on the ions in the soil.
