基于丘陵果园轨道输运系统的自走式枝条粉碎机设计与试验

摘要 针对我国丘陵果园机械化管理水平低,果树废弃枝条粉碎还田程度低的问题,基于丘陵果园运输轨道设计一种自走式枝条粉碎作业机。整机主要由单轨牵引车和枝条粉碎装置构成,实现了丘陵果园长距离、大范围的枝条粉碎作业。通过对自走式单轨果园枝条粉碎机的关键部件进行设计与选型,该机具具有结构轻巧、性能稳定,能够较好的适应丘陵果园地形复杂,果树分散性强等特点。田间试验表明:该机枝条粉碎效率较高,运行稳定可靠,能够满足丘陵果园果枝条粉碎还田作业的农艺要求。 Aiming at the current problems for mechanization management in hilly orchards in China as following:low management level and degree of crushing and returning abandoned branches of fruit trees,a self-walking branch crushing machine on basis of transportation track was designed and prepared.The whole machine is mainly composed of monorail tractor and branch crushing device,realizing long distance and large range branch crushing operation in hilly orchard.Through design and selection of the key components,the self-propelled monorail orchard branch grinder has so much remarkable characteristics as following:lightly and ingeniously structured,reliable performance,strong adaptability for complex landform and dispersion of fruit trees in hilly orchard and so on.Field experiments verified that the machine has high crushing efficiency,stable and reliable operation,which can meet the agronomic requirements of crushing and returning fruit branches in hilly orchards.
