云南某钛砂矿大颗粒脉动高梯度磁选试验和应用 被引量:3

Experiment and Application of Pulsating High Gradient Magnetic Separation of Large Particle Matrix for Titanium Placer in Yunnan

摘要 云南省拥有丰富的钛砂矿资源,普遍采用重选工艺,但TiO_(2)回收率低至20%,造成大量钛资源浪费,因此急需分选新设备和新工艺来提高钛砂矿选矿指标。针对云南某钛砂矿风化含泥重的特点,采用大颗粒棒介质SLon脉动高梯度磁选机,直接-5.0mm入选抛废脱泥,可以获得富集比2.02(钛品位由4.94%提高至10.02%),抛废率高达48.46%,TiO_(2)回收率仅损失7.12%的钛粗精矿,为后续重选精选起到至关重要的作用。采用SLon脉动高梯度磁选粗选-摇床精选新工艺流程,最终获得钛精矿TiO_(2)品位为48.05%,TiO_(2)回收率为59.05%的良好指标。 Yunnan province is rich in titanium placer resources and the gravity separation process is usually applied for processing such ores at TiO_(2) recovery as low as 20%,resulting in the huge waste of titanium resources.Therefore,new separator and process are urgently required to improve the separation performance for the titanium placer.Based on the weathering and high mud characteristics of a Yunnan titanium placer,SLon pulsating high gradient magnetic separator of large particle cylindrical matrix was used to rough the ore at feed particle size smaller than 5.0 mm,for discarding gangues and mud,and a primary titanium concentrate at TiO2 enrichment ratio reaching 2.02(with TiO_(2) grade increasing from 4.94%to 10.02%)and at tailings rejection rate reaching 48.46%was obtained with only 7.12%TiO_(2) value lost in the tailings,which played a vital role for the subsequent gravity cleaning process.Using this SLon pulsating high gradient magnetic separation for roughing-shaking tables for cleaning process,a final titanium concentrate assaying 48.05%TiO2 at 59.05%recovery was produced.
