摘要
江西某氰化浸金尾渣中具有综合回收价值的金属元素主要为铅、锌,品位分别为2.25%和0.71%,尾渣中铅氧化率较高,矿物粒度细。针对该尾渣性质特点,试验研究采用"次氯酸钠预处理—铅锌优先浮选工艺"方案对铅、锌进行回收,闭路试验获得了铅品位为54.53%,锌含量为5.12%的铅精矿和锌品位为46.52%,铅含量为2.37%的锌精矿,指标良好,金属综合利用率高,并且工艺流程简单易实施,药剂制度经济合理,为该尾渣资源的综合利用提供了技术依据。
The main metal elements with comprehensive recovery value in a cyanide leaching gold tailings in Jiangxi are lead and zinc,with Pb grade of 2.25%and Zn grade of 0.71%,respectively.The oxidation rate of lead in the tailings is high,and the mineral particle size is fine.According to the characteristics of the tailings,the experimental study adopted the scheme of sodium hypochlorite pretreatment-lead and zinc selective flotation process to recover lead and zinc.In the closed-circuit tests,lead concentrate with Pb grade of 54.53%,Zn content of 5.12%and zinc concentrate with Zn grade of46.52%,Pb content of 2.37%were obtained,which had good indexes and high comprehensive utilization rate of metal.The process is simple and easy to implement,the medicament system is economical and reasonable,and the technical basis is provided for the comprehensive utilization of the tailings resource.
