铜冶炼渣中的铁主要以铁橄榄石、硅酸铁的形式存在,铁品位含量高,嵌布粒度极细,综合利用难度大。原有选厂采用磁选一次粗选、一次精选、反浮选等工艺实现了从铜渣选铜尾矿中回收铁,工艺流程复杂,同时铁的回收率较低。介绍了一种选铁新工艺流程,采用矿冶科技集团有限公司研制的SXCT1230型高频谐波磁场磁选机,针对铜渣中铁矿物组成复杂、嵌布粒度细、矿样性质波动大、泥化严重等问题,从空间磁场分布规律、分选腔体矿浆流态、自动控制等方面进行了针对性研究,设计出以高频谐波磁场磁选机为核心,适用于铜渣选铁的磁选工艺流程,采用一次精选作业即可代替原有二次精选作业流程,在保证铁精矿品位大幅提升的同时,回收率也大幅提高,优化了铜渣选铁工艺流程,为企业创造了可观的经济效益、社会效益。
