高频谐波磁场磁选机在铜渣选铁提精降杂领域的研究与应用

摘要 铜冶炼渣中的铁主要以铁橄榄石、硅酸铁的形式存在,铁品位含量高,嵌布粒度极细,综合利用难度大。原有选厂采用磁选一次粗选、一次精选、反浮选等工艺实现了从铜渣选铜尾矿中回收铁,工艺流程复杂,同时铁的回收率较低。介绍了一种选铁新工艺流程,采用矿冶科技集团有限公司研制的SXCT1230型高频谐波磁场磁选机,针对铜渣中铁矿物组成复杂、嵌布粒度细、矿样性质波动大、泥化严重等问题,从空间磁场分布规律、分选腔体矿浆流态、自动控制等方面进行了针对性研究,设计出以高频谐波磁场磁选机为核心,适用于铜渣选铁的磁选工艺流程,采用一次精选作业即可代替原有二次精选作业流程,在保证铁精矿品位大幅提升的同时,回收率也大幅提高,优化了铜渣选铁工艺流程,为企业创造了可观的经济效益、社会效益。 Iron in copper smelting slag mainly exists in the form of fayalite and ferric silicate,which has high iron content and very fine dissemination particle size,and it is difficult to be comprehensively utilized.The original concentrator used magnetic separation,one roughing,one cleaning reverse flotation and other processes to recover iron from copper tailings of copper slag,the process flow is complex,and the iron recovery is low.A new technological flowsheet of iron separation is introduced,in which SXCT1230 high-frequency harmonic magnetic field separator developed by BGRIMM Technology Group is used.Aiming at the problems of complex composition of iron minerals,fine dissemination size,large fluctuation of ore sample properties and serious sliming in copper slag,targeted research is carried out from the aspects of distribution law of space magnetic field,pulp flow state in separation cavity and automatic control.A magnetic separator with high-frequency harmonic magnetic field as that core is design,The invention is suitable for the magnetic separation process flow of the copper slag iron separation,can replace the original secondary cleaning process flow by adopting the primary cleaning operation,ensures that the grade of the iron concentrate is greatly improved,greatly improves the recovery,optimizes the copper slag iron separation process flow,and creates considerable economic benefits and social benefits for enterprises.
