球磨机衬板失效原因分析及优化对策研究 被引量:2

摘要 衬板是影响球磨机工作性能的关键部件,基于资源开发对衬板的需求不断增长,研究衬板失效问题具有重要意义。选取衬板材质、衬板结构、球磨机充填率、介质配比、矿浆浓度、磨机处理量等因素,综述了每种因素对衬板失效的影响过程。在此基础上,从优化衬板力学性能、降低介质对衬板伤害、减少矿浆腐蚀等角度阐述优化方案,分别提出优化衬板材质及改变不同衬板热处理工艺、优化衬板形状、精确介质配比、调整磨机充填率、控制矿浆浓度、球磨机处理量合理化等降低衬板失效的重要对策。最后,对衬板未来可能的研究方向进行展望;为弱化衬板损耗、降低衬板失效发生频率延长衬板使用时间的保护衬板工作提供参考。 Liner is the key component that affects the performance of ball mill,and the demand for liner is increasing based on resource development,so it is of great significance to study the liner failure problem.The factors of liner material,liner structure,ball mill filling rate,medium ratio,pulp concentration,mill throughput and so on are selected,and the influence process of each factor on liner failure is summarized.On this basis,the optimization scheme is described from the aspects of optimizing the mechanical properties of the liner,reducing the damage of the medium to the liner and reducing the pulp corrosion.The important countermeasures to reduce the liner failure are put forward,such as optimizing the liner material,changing the heat treatment process of different liners,optimizing the liner shape,accurately matching the medium ratio,adjusting the filling rate of the mill,controlling the pulp concentration,and rationalizing the processing capacity of the ball mill.Finally,the possible future research direction of liner is prospected.It provides a reference for weakening the loss of liner,reducing the frequency of liner failure and prolonging the service time of liner.
