现代“关系”思维模式下400 m栏训练思路研究

A Research on the Training Thought of 400m Hurdles under the Modern Relational Thinking Mode

中外男女400 m栏项目都处在可持续发展的瓶颈期,本文以第25至31届奥运会,国外男女400 m栏第一名运动员比赛成绩,和进入第7届至第13届中国全运会,男女400 m栏第一名运动员比赛成绩作为研究对象,通过数据统计法、资料分析法、数据比较法来探讨,应用现代“关系”思维模式的理念,分析“实体”思维模式在400 m栏训练中存在的诸多问题,并且提出符合现代“关系”思维模式理念的训练方法,解决传统“实体”思维模式存在的制约男女400 m栏可持续发展存在的问题,为解决中国与国外400 m栏项目面临瓶颈期的问题提供参考.

Men’s and Women’s 400m hurdles are all in the bottleneck of sustainable development at home and abroad.Based on the competition results of the champions of hurdling in the 25th to 31st Olympic Games and the competition results of the champions of hurdling in the 7th to 13th National Games in China,this paper,through data statistics method,data analysis,data comparison method,discusses the training thought of the Mod-ern Relational Thinking Mode.The research analyzed many problems existing in the training of the Substantive Thinking Mode in the 400m hurdles,and put forward some training methods in accordance with the concept of Modern Relational Thinking Mode,in order to give a solution on the restrictions of the sustainable development under the traditional Substantive Thinking Mode in 400m hurdles for men and women.It provides reference for solving the bottleneck problems of 400m hurdles at home and abroad.
