发达国家开业护士在基层医疗卫生服务中的角色定位及启示

Role orientation and enlightenment of the development of nurse practitioners in primary health service in developed countries

随着我国人口老龄化加剧、慢性病患病率不断增加,提高基层医疗卫生服务的覆盖面和整体质量越趋重要,加强基层医疗的人才培养与配置是做好基层医疗卫生服务的前提条件。本文总结分析了发达国家开业护士在参与基层医疗卫生服务时工作场所、面向人群、服务内容等问题,并结合我国国情,提出展望,以期为我国培养开业护士、设置开业护士岗位,促进组建基层医疗机构人才梯队,推动基层医疗卫生服务体系的完善提供参考。

With the aging of our country and the increasing incidence of chronic diseases,it is becoming more and more important to improve the coverage and overall quality of primary care services.This paper summarizes and analyzes the workplaces,crowd-oriented and service contents of practice nurse practitioner in developed countries when they participate in primary care services,and puts forward the prospects in the light of China′s national conditions,with a view to cultivating nurse practitioner,setting up nurse practitioner,promoting the formation of talent echelon in primary medical institutions,and promoting primary medical and health care.Provide a reference for the improvement of the health service system.
