摘要
针对直流侧电源电压比为1∶2∶4的Ⅱ型不对称CHB(ACHB)多电平逆变器特定谐波消除(SHEPWM)调制存在的各级联单元输出功率不均衡问题,对传统的SHEPWM调制进行改进,提出一种新的功率均衡控制策略。该策略利用Ⅱ型ACHB多电平逆变器输出相电压冗余的特点,对消谐方程组中基波幅值方程表达式进行等效拆分,不仅保证了逆变器输出相电压周期对称的电压波形以及实现各个串联H桥单元在一个输出周期内的功率均衡,而且通过多种群遗传算法得到消谐方程组的解,消除了特定的低次谐波,使逆变器输出高质量的电压波形。搭建了三单元十五电平Ⅱ型ACHB多电平逆变器实验平台,对上述功率均衡控制策略进行了理论分析和仿真验证。实验结果验证了该均衡策略的可行性和正确性。
In order to solve the problem of unbalanced output power of each level unit in typeⅡasymmetric cascaded H-bridge(ACHB)multilevel inverter with DC side voltage ratio of 1∶2∶4,the traditional selected harmonic elimination(SHEPWM)modulation is improved and a power equalization control strategy is proposed.Based on the redundancy of output phase voltage of typeⅡACHB multilevel inverter,the expression of fundamental amplitude equation in harmonic elimination equations is equivalently split.It ensures that the output phase voltage is periodic symmetrical voltage waveform and realizes the power balance of each series H-bridge unit in one output cycle,obtains the solution of harmonic elimination equations through multi population genetic algorithm,which eliminates the specific low-order harmonics and makes the inverter output high-quality voltage waveform.The experimental platform of three unit fifteen-level typeⅡACHB multilevel inverter was built,and the above power equalization control strategy was analyzed and verified by simulation.The experimental results verify the feasibility and correctness of the strategy.
