摘要 近年,GIS断路器弹簧操作机构经常出现分合闸故障,影响电力系统稳定性。为了解决此问题,对常见的GIS断路器弹簧操作机构故障缺陷进行研究。以CT26型弹簧操作机构为例对其机构进行分析,得到了造成其拒分闸故障的常见原因。结合故障实例,阐述GIS断路器分闸故障分析与处理的过程,得出断路器故障是由于主拐臂轴销脱扣安装孔材质硬度不足,脱扣轴销装配滚针轴承不合格,导致传动卡滞,不能分闸。通过对这起故障进行分析,可对解决类似故障起到一定借鉴作用。 In recent years,GIS circuit breaker spring operating mechanism often appears on⁃off fault,which affects the stability of power system.To solve this problem,the common faults of GIS circuit breaker spring operating mechanism were studied.Taking the CT26 spring operating mechanism as an example,the mechanism was analyzed,and the common causes of the failure were obtained.Combined with the fault example,the process of GIS circuit breaker opening fault analysis and treatment was expounded.The reason of the circuit breaker failure was found out.Due to the insufficient material hardness of the main crank shaft pin trip mounting hole,the trip shaft pin assembly needle bearing was unqualified,which led to the drive stuck and could not be opened.Through the analysis of this fault,it can be used as a reference for solving similar faults.
