Research Status of Major Issues in Carbon Trading

【目的/意义】碳交易机制是现行减排政策中实施范围最广、减排效果最明显、成本效率最高的减排措施。了解世界及我国的碳市场发展现状,梳理有关研究对于我国实现碳达峰、碳中和目标具有重要意义。【设计/方法】在梳理全球及我国碳排放情况的基础上,论证我国碳市场构建的必要性,通过汇总现有碳市场发展情况,了解碳市场发展的可行性与有效性,系统回顾碳市场相关的研究文献,包括碳排放权配额、碳排放权定价、碳金融衍生品的研究以及碳市场对企业价值和创新的影响。【结论/发现】研究表明碳市场对于实现碳排放减排目标,平抑企业碳风险具有重要作用,政府应大力推动统一碳市场的建立,并促进其健康发展。

[Purpose/Significance]The carbon trading mechanism is the most widely implemented,effective and cost-efficient emission reduction measure among the current emission reduction policies.It is of great significance to understand the development status and the research findings of carbon market in the world and China to achieve the goal of carbon peak and carbon neutrality.[Design/Methodology]On the basis of sorting out the global and China’s carbon emissions,this paper demonstrates the necessity of China’s carbon market construction,and understands the feasibility and effectiveness of the development of carbon market by summarizing the current development situation of carbon market.Finally,the paper systematically reviews the research literature related to carbon market,including carbon emission quota,carbon emission pricing and carbon financial derivatives and the impact of carbon market on enterprise value and innovation.[Findings/Conclusions]Existing studies have shown that carbon market plays an important role in achieving carbon emission reduction targets and reducing corporate carbon risks,hence the government should vigorously promote the establishment of a unified carbon market and promote its healthy development.
