新三板企业转板案例研究--以奥飞数据为例

资本市场本身具备很强的复杂性,并且伴随着经济多样性的发展,使得新三板市场中的企业出现估值低、融资难、股票流动性差等问题,新三板提供的服务在和企业互动的过程中出现不匹配的情况后,企业倾向于转向更高层级的板块。文章运用奥飞数据这一实例,分析转板前后的变化,为后续有转板需求的企业提供参考。

The complexity of the capital market itself has the very strong,and with the development of economic diversity,make the enterprise in the new three board market appear low valuations,financing difficulties,poor stock liquidity problems,a new three board to provide services in the process of interaction and the enterprise does not match the situation,enterprises tend to turn to a higher level of plates.This paper uses the example of Aofei Data to analyze the changes before and after the rotating plate,so as to provide reference for the subsequent enterprises with the demand of rotating plate.
