中小企业参与精准扶贫能促进企业技术创新吗?--基于融资约束的中介作用

Can SMEs'participation in targeted poverty alleviation promote enterprise technological innovation?-Intermediary role based on financing constraints

文章以2016~2019年中小企业板上市公司为样本进行实证检验,结合中小企业特征,研究企业参与精准扶贫与研发投入的关系及其作用机理,同时将融资约束纳入分析框架,丰富了企业社会责任观的研究视角,同时也为创新创业提供新的思路。研究结果表明:中小企业参与精准扶贫对研发投入有促进作用,同时融资约束在企业实施精准扶贫和研发投入的关系中起到中介作用,即精准扶贫对创新投入的积极效应部分是通过融资约束这个中介实现的。

Based on the sample of listed companies on the SME board from 2016 to 2019,this paper studies the relationship and mechanism between enterprises'participation in targeted poverty alleviation and R&D investment,and puts financing constraints into the analysis framework,which enriches the research perspective of corporate social responsibility and provides new ideas for innovation and entrepreneurship.The results show that:the participation of small and medium-sized enterprises in targeted poverty alleviation has a promoting effect on R&D investment,and financing constraints play an intermediary role in the relationship between the implementation of targeted poverty alleviation and R&D investment,that is,the positive effect of targeted poverty alleviation on innovation investment is partly achieved through financing constraints.
