State-owned enterprises are facing more and more risks under the background of the rapid development of market economy.This puts forward new requirements for the development of state-owned enterprises,if the potential risks can not be found in time,stateowned enterprises will face the crisis of economic development,which can be seen from the perspective of risk management the importance of internal control.Therefore,all employees of state-owned enterprises should work together to establish a sense of risk management,learn relevant knowledge,improve the ability to deal with risks,in order to reduce the impact of various risks on enterprises,so that enterprises can be sustainable development.In addition,it is also essential for state-owned enterprises to establish a perfect risk management system and internal control system,only in this way can the work of employees be rule-based,in order to make the production,operation and management process of enterprises more standardized.
