文章通过列举传统银行函证当前的不足,分析在互联网高速发展的今天发展银行函证数字化的优势;基于国内外银行函证数字化的发展现状,剖析当前能够完善银行函证数字化的措施与建议,从而达到规范及优化银行数字化函证程序,促进其发展的目的。

By listing current shortcomings of traditional bank confirmation,we analyze the advantages of developing digital bank confirmation with the rapid development of Internet.Based on the development status of digital bank confirmation at home and abroad,this paper analyzes the measures and suggestions to improve digital bank confirmation,so as to standardize and optimize the procedure of digital bank confirmation and promote its development.
