山海经济协调发展视角下福建省发展生态养老产业探究

Research on the development of ecological pension industry in Fujian province from the perspective of the coordinated development of mountain-sea economy

“生态养老”是依托于农村之“乡”,植根于农业之“土”,仰赖于绿水青山,使国人的乡土情结在城乡融合和产业互动中老树发新芽,最终实现老年生活品质的提升和生命健康延续的一种新型养老模式。发展生态养老,有利于转变发展方式、优化经济结构和增加就业机会,因此发展生态养老产业对福建省山海经济协调发展具有重要的战略意义。福建省具备发展生态养老产业的有利条件,但是目前其生态养老产业市场意识不强,尚在起步提升阶段,存在群众思想观念滞后、政府规划不明晰、沿海和内陆养老资源分布不均、专业技术人才缺乏等问题,需要进一步规范和引导。

“Ecological pension”is a new type of old-age care model,which is based on the“township”of the countryside,rooted in the“soil”of agriculture,and relies on the green water and green mountains,so that enables the people's rural complex to sprout in the old tree of urban-rural integration and industrial interaction,and finally realizes the improvement of the quality of life in the elderly and the continuation of life and health.Developing ecological pension is conducive to transforming the development mode,optimizing the economic structure and increasing employment opportunities.Therefore the development of the ecological pension industry has important strategic significance for the coordinated development of the mountain-sea economy in Fujian province.Fujian province has favorable conditions to develop the industry of ecological pension,but its current market awareness of the ecological pension industry is not strong,and it is still in the initial stage of improvement,existing these problems such as lagging people's ideas and concepts,unclear government planning,uneven distribution of elderly care resources in coastal and inland,and the lack of professional and technical personnel,further regulation and guidance are needed.
