拔尖创新人才早期培养最重要的是德育为先,打好品格的底色。在带班育人实践中,笔者坚定落实立德树人根本任务,立足学生终身发展。第一,通过爱国主题活动,厚植学生家国情怀;第二,化"管"为"理",促进学生自律、自主、自治;第三,搭建舞台,让学生展示个性,成就闪亮青春;第四,强健体魄,培育学生健康人格;第五,凝聚多方力量,打造育人共同体,助推学生发展。在五方面的德育探索中,涌现出很多生动精彩的案例,育人成效显著,为拔尖创新人才早期培养项目积累了有益经验。

Moral education is vital for the early training of top-notch innovative talents.In the educational practice,the head teacher firmly implements the fundamental task of cultivating talents based on morality to lay a solid foundation for the lifelong development of students.First,cultivate students’feelings of family and country through patriotic theme activities;Second,turn class management from"controlling style"into"self-decision making"and promote students’self-discipline and autonomy;Third,provide various platforms for students to show their personality and achieve shining youth;Fourth,strengthen the physique and cultivate students’healthy personality;Fifth,gather various forces to build an educational community to boost students’development.With the five aspects of moral education exploration,many vivid and wonderful stories have emerged with remarkable educational results,which provide useful experience for the early training project of top-notch innovative talents.
