摘要
人是一种社会性存在,有人的地方就有人际关系,有人际交往就有人际冲突。班级人际冲突是指师生在班级交往过程中因价值取向不同、需求得不到满足、沟通不畅等原因而产生的紧张状态或对抗过程。冲突主体的特殊性、冲突场域的教育性、冲突性质的可调和性是班级人际冲突特有的内涵。班级人际冲突对学生的心理与行为、师生交往和班级人际关系等方面具有消极影响,但班级人际冲突可增进冲突主体的自我认识,促使班主任与学生思考解决问题的途径,为班级人际交往创造良好的环境。
Man is a kind of social existence.Where there are people,there are interpersonal relationships,and interpersonal communication,there are interpersonal conflicts.Class interpersonal conflict refers to the tension or confrontation process between teachers and students or among students due to different value orientations,unmet needs and poor communication.The particularity of conflict subject,the educational features of conflict field and the reconcilability of conflict nature are the unique connotation of class interpersonal conflict.Class interpersonal conflict has a negative impact on students’psychology and behavior,communication between teachers and students,and the class interpersonal relationship.At the same time,class interpersonal conflict can also enhance the self-awareness of the conflict subject and promote the head teacher and students to find ways to solve problems and create a good environment for class interpersonal communication.
