摘要
培训课程作为校长专业化发展的重要载体,具有系统性与复杂性的特点,其课程体系的构建既要考虑教育改革发展的要求,也要顾及校长的岗位要求,以及校长自身的学习需求与动机.校长培训课程体系的质量决定了能否有效提升校长专业化发展与促进学校效能改进.通过对比英、美、中三国的校长培训课程体系,我们认为,应当从健全培训制度保障、遵循校长成长规律、优化课程结构与内容、建立长效的培训跟踪机制等方面改进与完善我国中小学校长培训课程体系.
As an important carrier for the professional development of principals, training curriculum has the characteristics of systemicity and complexity. The construction of the curriculum system should include not only the requirements of educational reform and development, but also the job requirements of the principal, as well as the principal’s own learning needs and motivations. The quality of the principal training curriculum system determines whether it can effectively enhance the professional development of principals and promote the improvement of school effectiveness. By comparing the principal training curriculum systems in the United Kingdom, the United States, and China, this paper believes that, to improve the principal training curriculum system of China, people should improve the training system guarantee, follow the principal’s growth law, optimize the curriculum structure and content, and establish a long-term training tracking mechanism.
